Misarriage Healing Circle
Dear Woman, Sister, Mother, Daughter.
You are invited to join a sacred circle of women, where we hold a safe space together and for each other, to express, share and feel everything.
Losing a baby is painful. On all levels.
Maybe your partner/family/friends have not given you the support you needed?
Maybe it was very difficult for you to talk about it?
Maybe it brought you into a place of deep grief ?
Any pregnancy loss, not matter how short it was, needs space, time and healing.
This is a space for you to connect and be with your feelings, fully. No holding back. Raw, vulnerable, and as open as possible.
In this healing circle you have the possibility to share, to reflect, to meet other sisters, to receive some practise to come into more acceptance. We will work with different meditations and healing practises.
Why is it important to do this work ?
It is important to integrate the unborn into our family system, energetically. In our system the unborn children have their space. If kept unspoken and not acknowledged, their place will still be felt. For your and your families harmony, everyone needs to be acknowledged, and the pain/anger/sadness or any emotion in connection with the loss of your baby needs a space to be felt and expressed.
Practicalities:
This is a space to share, and be vulnerable.
You will be guided into a sensitive space and we will use practises that may bring up some strong emotions. Therefore it is important that you are participating for the entire time and in a quiet environment.

Date: 18th of April 5pm GMT (UK,Lisbon) 6pm Central Europe Time, CET - ONLINE via Zoom
This circle will be held every 3 month.
Price/meeting: Choose your price, between 22 € and 44 €
